The wait is nearly over—Baillie Hill is almost ready to open its doors. To help you plan your first visit, we’ve put together a guide on how to explore the precinct, including what will be open from day one, and what’s arriving shortly after.
Think of this as a starting point rather than an itinerary. Come for one thing, stay for another, and see where the day takes you!

The Berwick is Baillie Hill’s all-day social hub, designed for every style of dining. Start here for an afternoon drink as the sun warms the park, drop in for a relaxed lunch with friends, or enjoy pub classics and live sport in the evening.
The spacious layout makes it easy to drift between the bar, dining room, outdoor seating areas, and onwards to the precinct’s other venues.

Parco’s wood-fired pizzas are casual and reliable, great for feeding a group or grabbing a quick take-away bite to enjoy in the park. Pizzas are cooked to order using dough from Beth’s Bakery and can be enjoyed at various locations across the precinct.

Milly’s Acre is a relaxed dining space that blurs the line between indoors and out. Set within productive gardens and opening onto a generous backyard, it’s a place where meals unfold at an easy pace and children can move freely nearby.
Whether you’re dropping in for breakfast, settling in for lunch, or spending the afternoon outdoors, Milly’s Acre is built to accommodate different rhythms of the day without feeling formal or fixed.

Built for kids who like to move, the playground offers plenty of space to climb, explore, and play at their own pace. With plenty of seating and café tables, adults can stay nearby while kids play, making it simple to spend time here without hovering.

Greensleeves Gelato is the cherry on top of Baillie Hill, serving up classic gelato flavours perfect for a post-meal treat, afternoon stroll, or cool down after playtime.

A beautifully restored historic functions space, The Long Hall is available for larger gatherings, celebrations, and community events. Its scale and heritage character make it an ideal setting for weddings, milestones, and special occasions.
As it evolves, we see it becoming a shared place the community can make their own, welcoming everything from book clubs to brewers' shouts. Have something in mind for The Long Hall? We'd love to hear from you—get in touch at hello@bailliehill.com.au.

Our on-site distillery will produce a small core range of spirits, including our Modern Dry Gin, Grain Vodka, and a house-made limoncello.
We'll be infusing our gins and aperitifs with botanicals grown just outside the distillery doors in our productive gardens.
Beth's Bakery is where the smell of fresh bread pulls you in before you’ve even decided you’re hungry. Through the viewing window, you can watch loaves come to life in real time before finding their way into hungry mouths across the entire precinct.
Pair your baked goods with a coffee and enjoy them inside the rotunda, or find a comfy spot in Elizabeth Baillie Park.
Milly’s Barn offers children the chance to get up close with friendly farmyard animals in a safe, supervised setting. Visits to the barn are designed to be hands-on and engaging, giving children (and grown-ups) a simple, memorable experience that connects them to the site’s agricultural roots.

The Rotunda and museum offer a quieter counterpoint to the rest of the precinct. A place to slow the pace, step inside, and learn more about the stories that shaped Baillie Hill long before it became what it is today.
